...today is my first day and still learning how to get around on here...I have 100 lbs to lose and I guess when it was just 50 lbs that sounded to hard and I waited around for a miracle pill or something to help...Oh did I mention I am also a sugar addict ...always have been and just quit smoking after 44 years in September...see a pattern here...yea additive personality ...well I am hoping no I will fight this and win....after years of smoking and thinking I could not stop and now I have I know this is just another bad habit I can change...Btw thanks for the spell check...love it Darlene
