Hi, I am 29 year old high school teacher. I have been married for five years and have an amazing son who will be turning 3 soon. I enjoy hunting of all sorts and anything outside. After I had my son I lost all my baby weight plus more and was feeling amazing. Over the past year it started to creep back up so now I am hoping to lose about 15-20 lbs while having a healthier lifestyle. My weaknesses seem to be anything sweet so I am planning on giving up milk chocolate for lent and hopefully that will help. I am currently working out 30-60 minutes a day with a slow jog hopefully building up to running.
