I just joined cause I have to lose 10lbs and my energy level seems to be down so I thought this would be a great way to go. I do eat healthy (rabbit food) but I need to ramp up the exercise, I jog in the early morning and do have tapes of Jillian and Tony Horton but when I get home I am just a bit more tired. I welcome any suggestions. Thank you
