My name is Amanda and I recently joined SparkPeople to get me back on track with my fitness goals. About a year and a half ago, I weighed 216 pounds and I have managed to drop down to 150... and back up to my current weight of 163. I feel that the last month or so my life is a bit disorganized, out of control, and stressful. Being an emotional eater I want to find better motivation to get me back on track to my goal of 140 pounds!
