Welcome! The best way to get support is to join Spark Teams that share your interest. You can find teams for everything from Ultra-distance running to Harry Potter fans! My name is Alicia. I am going to be thirty here in a few months and I want to have established a healthier lifestyle by that pivotal age (hence why I am now a sparkperson). I used to be active ALL the time but after a simple knee surgery I just didn't do like I used to but still ate like a champ. lol... I look forward to the fellowship a site like this can bring and to slimming down and becoming a better me! I look forward to learning about some of you and developing a support system to help all of us reach our goals!
