Im startng my second week and I have to say Ilove it here!!! I love the meal plans and how easy it is to do the actual planning. I was never overweight until the last 6 years or so. My age and lifes circumtances were mostly the cause of the gain. We are going to vegas at the end of March so my immediate goal is to lose 15-20 by then. My long term goals are just to feel good, have energy and general sense of well being. My husband and I are doing this together. We both need to lose about 30-40 each. We are going to the gym and are very excited to be healthy!!
