to Sparkpeople Tish! It's wonderful to have you here and this is a great place to stay motivated and reach your goals. We have all started and quit and I find that being a part of Sparkpeople helps me to stick to my goals better. Each day that I login it helps to keep me accountable. I have met many wonderful people here and they are so encouraging. Find some groups that really appeal to you. Check on other members' blogs. That will go such a long way in keeping you motivated. Hi, I am Tish and I have been on Spark for maybe about a month or so. I would like to make friends to gently push me to keep working to lose wight. Like most people I started out strong, but I don't want this to be another failed diet....I want this to be my lifestyle.
