Welcome to Spark. You have taken an important step on your journey by joining! I've been a member a little over 3 years. I made fantastic progress and lost 100 pounds in the first year BUT I became careless about nutrition and exercise and have gained a lot of the pounds back! I became disgusted with myself and closed my Spark account, but soon realized I NEEDED to be here. I'm back using the nutrition and exercise trackers now - they are so important. Hi i'm just now really starting all this. I had a wake up call when i realized that I have gain enough weight to now weight what i did when i was 9m months pregnant with my 6 month old.This spring/summer i want to be able to enjoy doing things outside and be able to start really riding my horse again, and also most importantly enjoy time with my daughter. I want to go to competition on my horse and have to strength and stamina to really try hard and enjoy my self. And being a barrel racer of course the less i weight the faster my horse can run and the more balance and ability to ride i will have. But thats a little bout me and my reasons for losing weight. :)
