So nice to hear that you've already had an excellent week here. If you want to learn and educate yourself the articles on the site are very helpful, and there are plenty of them. Plus you get sparkpoints from reading them so what could be better! Keep up the great work and good luck!!
Hi All, My name is Bella. I am (66 years young !!!!!!!!!!! I am on day 7 and I am doing great. Doc appointment today, will post weight and such in groups latter on today. I have COPD and have been on steroids. Inactivity has made me put on way too much weight. (as you can see from my picture) I am borderline diabetic and my cholesterol is also borderline .Boy do I need help!!! LOL I love to eat, it was never a problem before because I burned off the calories. I was a manager for a food service at a college and was contently on the go. I had to retire when I got COPD and it's been down hill since then. So I'm here to learn all I can and inch my way back to health. Or at least get better better than I am now
