My name is Ruby/Angel and I have been an online subscriber for awhile, but never able to join activities. I missed the McAllister walk even though I said I would try and be there. I would really like to find someone in the Meadow Brook area to walk with. Hope to meet some of you soon and have a good day.

Welcome to SparkPeople! I think you will really like the website. It's certainly been the key to my weight loss so far. It has helped me to change my attitude towards weight loss completely and I think that has been what has made the difference this time. Good luck with your weight loss!

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this site. I'm hoping this will be the best thing for my weight loss journey. I am a navy wife and sahm to two wonderful children. I've always been on the heavy side for my size and I want to be a "normal" size. I want my husband and children to be proud to call me theirs, but I want to be pround of myself.
This year I will be 30 and I want to look and feel better now than I have my entire life. :-)
