Welcome Back!

Even 10 minutes of exercise a day is better than none. You can do it!

Best of luck to you!

I am a repeat offender. I think I have lost 5 stone with Sparkpeople - and have put that back on. :( I have no one else to blame but myself and I am still not quite in the mental frame of mind to get back on the wagon. However, tonight my son and daughter saw a picture of me from when I was at my lowest weight (she was only 1 at the time and he would have been 5) - they didn't recognise me. And when I asked - "Would you like Mummy to look like that again?" without missing a beat my son replied "Yes". I don't know that I can ignore a response like that yet I also don't know how I am going to do it. I lack the motivation and, without giving up precious time with them, which I have too little of to start, I don't have any idea how I will exercise! I am currently studying part time for a work based course, whilst learning to drive and I have one evening out each week at choir - there aren't enough hours in the day to start with.

I'm sorry this has turned out to be a whinge (moan for those in the states) but I'm in a bit of limbo now. Hopefully my motivation will find some foundation - or I will have to find it from somewhere ...
