I'm Dawn, 36 from the UK. I've previously lost a lot of weight with slimming world but have put most of that back on again in the last 18 months. I seem to be stuck yo-yoing between extremes and this time I want to quit doing that and lose my excess weight slowly and safely whilst getting and staying fit. I joined SparkPeople on the recommendation of a friend and so far it looks really good. I've got about 100lbs to lose long term, aiming for 10% of that in the short term and I've made some realistic exercise goals too.
