Thanks so much! I've been moving as much as I can. I go walking at lunch (when the weather allows me to). Going on the treadmill in the morning, before work and then the gym at night on the exercise bike. Once I drop some pounds, I will do some weights... ughhh... seems like it will take forever.. but I just take in ONE day at a time and hope to see results in the near future. :-)
to SP!!! This is a wonderful site with an abundance of valuable information and an awesome support group. My best advice is everything in moderation - don't deprive yourself of anything. Try drinking more water, at least the 8 glasses and start moving!!! Best of luck on your weight loss journey.
P.S. I'm also getting married through church in October (been civilly married for 7 years)!!! My little one is 2 and I too am trying to get rid of the baby weight.
I am getting married in Oct. I had our son, less then a year ago and I need to loose the baby weight I put on and never got rid of. I have about 40-50 lbs I would like to loose. All advise is greatly appreciated. Thanks
