Hi there Charpie, yes there is a way to customize sparks to meet your own specific needs ... there is a great guide on how to get started on all things SPARKS on the right sidebar of this page, under QUICK LINKS you will see the "Getting Started Guide"... this should help by walking you through the setup of your specific goals and the trackers to help meet your needs.
Please take advantage of this guide, you will also gain sparks points that will help you to both level up and buy spark goodies (which you will soon find out about)
Good Luck with your journey. Remember it's not a diet, but a lifestyle and consistency and involvement are the simple keys to success.

I am new to this and hoping to make it work for me. I do have a question though - is there a way to modify/customize the nutrition tracker and reports to set benchmarks more in line with a paleo/wheat free program?
