It's all about finding what works for you for life! If you can't keep doing it, you won't. I wish you much success!

You are so right that WW is a very legitimate program that has worked for thousands. Sadly, I cannot count myself as one who found success there. I was hoping to hear from SP members who have found success with SP but who were unable to do so with WW. After all, the ultimate goal of both programs is living a healthy life through diet and exercise. Thanks for the good wishes on reaching my goals. I appreciate the support.

I know WW works for many, but that it's not for everyone. I'm glad you found SP - it works for many, too!

Good luck in reaching your goals!

Started SP about a month ago after many years and lost interest in WW online. So far and for whatever reason, SP is really clicking with me. Call me odd, but I really like counting calories and not arbitrary point values. I dare say that the average person does not have a clue as to what his/her caloric intake per day should be based on his/her activity level. I would welcome communicating with past WW members, especially those who have been successful with SP vs. WW. Other than being a WW failure/dropout, I am a very happy, retired lady living on a beautiful lake in the north Georgia mountains who is looking forward to getting this weight off once and for all. At this point, I am feeling very optimistic!
