It was a perfect spring day. I got a half an hour walk down by the lake and then went home and finished my workout. I am seeing all these people who have lost an incredible amount of weight and I'm so impressed. Getting my diet under control is going to be my biggest challenge and I don't know how to work it. My reality is 2 teenage boys who require huge amounts of food available at any time. So yes I can cook and have it always ready but not eat it. How do I get past that? Plus the people in my life don't want to hear me talk about losing weight and working out. I'm challenging myself to see what I can do in 60 days dropping weight and inches where do I log that? I'm happy to have any input, thanks.

Hi,
What an amazing site. I am pretty good about exercising faithfully after it becomes a routine but need the encouragement to eat well and reach some goals this time. So I have a large amount of weight to lose but Spark says I can reach my goal by 10/2014 amazing. I started walking yesterday just 15 minutes this week but next bumping it up to 20. There's a 5k run in October I want to be ready for in the fall so hoping to be running by June. Also added some pushups and jumping jacks and will add at least one new exercise next week. So I'm really excited to have found Spark and I hope we can be motivation buddies.
