In the end, the best things in life came from our own inner growth and that came from dealing with things that we wish didn't exist and making them better. So in that way, bad things are a huge blessing.
Hi all....I use to do SP a few years back went from 186 down to 148 then things started going down hill as I went up hill with extra pounds....I woke up last night, with major heartburn from all of my dinner that was so much fat and unhealthy, I thought if I do not make a change I will die!!! So after I could not sleep. I updated my Sparkpage, and so gotta do this!!! When I was on SP before, I loved the message boards, the great receipes, and all the positive support on here.

I love hippos. I have a huge collection of everything hippo, it just so happens my body resembles that of hippochunk! I am trying to lose that negative self-image but hippos make me smile.
