The one thing that helps me most is tracking my food. You may want to check out INDYGIRL's team. She had a chair exercise team I believe for people that have difficulty exercising. She has lost over 200 pounds and her team is pretty inspiring. Good luck to you.

I'm an older person with some chronic illnesses that limit my mobility not to mention the extra 100 lbs I'm carrying. Even though, I'm new here I feel very comfortable and hopeful, at last!! Its been a very rough year. I just want to breathe better and have a little energy. I have COPD, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and am clinically depressed but I say with all that who wouldn't be? LOL. I try to stay up beat. I'm in no hurry to lose the weight. I want to feel better more than anything. I try to stay up beat, although I'm usually in alot of pain. To be honest, I need alot of support and encouragement and strength and I think I'll find it here.
