HI, I am 52yrs old mother and grandmother. I have the most adorable 2 grandchildren. In the last 5 years I have gained some weight and am tired of feeling embarrassed about my weight. It controls me and I avoid many social occasions due to my weight. I want to feel myself again. I have lost 8lbs since mid January, my goal being around 40lbs. I love the calorie counter on SparksPeople and hope it will help me control what I eat. I want to be a good role model for my family and look forward to the next few months. I am trying the MUFA diet.
