Hi I'm new and having lots of problems knowing what to eat and when. Need all the help I can get. I started about 3 months ago and have lost 9 Lb, not much but it is something. I want to take baby steps so I dont get overwhelmed with all the information that seems to be out there. I have a health club and even joined a weight loss class. I have a personal trainer now which is a big help. My first question is what to eat before a work out and what to eat after?
