If you don't seem to click with a group of people, move on until you find a SparkTeam with your goals and beliefs, activities that motivate you. I love SparkPeople. I am a very competitive person, and enjoy earning those points daily. I also know that the information provided on this site is very helpful. We just have to use it! We can read all we want, and talk all we want but we have to actually do the things that the program suggests to be successful.
Make the choice to be healthy, make the choice for YOU! Be mindful of your actions, what you eat, the amount of sleep you get, the amount of activity you do. Use the online tracking tools, devote the time that you need to become healthy and stay that way!

Hi, I'm Micky a 22yr old college students who has finally decided to stop complaining about my weight and do something about it. I was athletic in high school, but after going to college I got lazy. I think I stopped working out because I don't like working out alone or pointlessly and in high school I always worked out with my teammates for a sport not to be healthy. I just want to be a healthy me and learn about eating healthy and being active as a lifestyle not something you do.
