I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

Hi! I'm Kiersten.
A while ago I lost 60 pounds. I'm pretty sure I've gained back about 40ish. I deal with anxiety a lot and I've been binge eating for like 3 months now. I'm getting married in 4 months, and I'm ready to bust my butt to look the best I can in that time. Please don't be a stranger, I love making new friends and motivation! :) Thanks.
