Hello and Welcome to SparkPeople!

I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for months to come!

Hi and welcome...glad you decided to introduce yourself! I also suggest the same as Lotus...check out the sparkteams...they are a great way to give and get motivation and encouragment...

I am finally going to introduce myself. I am here because I am very determined to get to my goal. I have been on here for about a month now and I love it. I struggle from time to time but it is great to know that I am not alone in that either. Hope to get to know some of you.. Good Luck To All!
