It sounds like you enjoy getting your fitness time in. There are lots of challenges to help you stay motivated. There are also virtual 5Ks which are fun to do and give you something to work toward. I enjoy the exercise videos too.

I am fairly new to Sparkpeople. I am almost 40, happily married, and together we have 5 kids. Between work and home, we stay busy. I started last September working out - dvd's @ home, hiking, and walking/running. I love the way I feel afterwards but I have reached a point that I need motivation. This is the reason I joined....
