I hear that. I think what's important is that you have recognized the trigger. Stay strong and focused on your goal. I don't have all the answer that why we are here but I think you should look at what stress triggers the eating. Then I think you can conquer it and break through.

Does anyone else struggle with emotional eating? I have gained and lost a lot of weight. Because of some major life changes I find myself on a gaining side again. I know it is because I eat when I'm stressed. Any help would be much appreciated
