I know exactly what you mean about needing motivation. I just seem to be tired all the time but every day I just do a little more exercise and I do mean little for me 5 minutes is an achievement. Every little bit helps! I would love to help motivate each other. GO TEAM!

Hi, I know exactly what you mean. It can be really difficult for me to try to regain the 'old me'. I've realized I can't go back. But, I can become the best I can be now and I'll keep getting better every day. I write out affirmations for this and say them out loud. It really helps.
Remember, it's never too late to be what you might have been.

Hello...Reading your post was like reading my own thoughts...I too have packed on the pounds over the last 3 years and I so know what is it like to backslide...I'll have just one, one won't be so bad...Sound familar??? Hi. I'm Ava. I have gained a lot of weight in the past three years. It's been a tough period. I just want to look and feel the way I did before. Whenever I make any progress, a bad day could ruin all that. I tend to go back to unhealthy patterns and eating habits. I just need some motivation to stay healthy and be consistent in my efforts.
Hope I can achieve all that here... =)
