I quit smoking 1 yr ago 2/27/13 with the help of E cigarettes and have gained 24 lbs so went on diet and lost 7lbs in 2 months and have been at a stand still the past month. Don't think I am eating the right amounts of fast/slow carbs as it feels like I have an non ending food compartment in me belly lol! Found your site today and like that I am able to track my intake of food ect and looking forward to the message boards as I try using the site to loose more weight.
