Hello, My name is Michelle and I am a first time spark user. I am 22 years old and don't want to be "the girl that got fat" at my 5 year high school reunion. I was very active in high school until I broke my foot and could no longer run. Since then my exercise has decreased, but my eating has not. I am hoping to lose some weight for my reunion and be able to run 5Ks again.
