I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

This is a great place to get healthy! There are so many tools, resources, and encouraging people to help you on your journey to "Health & Fitness". Be sure to poke around the site and try the nutrition and fitness trackers, Spark Recipes, Daily Spark, health articles, and secrets.

congrats on the wedding! wish I was going there with my bf;)
for starters let me reassure you that healthy food is actually pretty cheap as well. I usually buy carrots, lettuce, apples and - the cheapest ones - bananas at my Tesco's (I live in UK) and they are really cheap. It is pleasant to go on a healthy food search and try different types!

Hi, so I've finally signed up for this. I've been overweight for a long time but no matter what I try nothing seems to stick for long. I'm an emotional and stress eater and I'm trying to change my lifestyle for good. I often feel like I'm trying to lose weight for two people, because my boyfriend tries whatever I try, but when one of us falls off the wagon the other isn't far behind. I'm graduating college next fall and am saving up for a wedding, so I would love inexpensive tips to help me lead a healthier life.
