Welcome aboard! I guarantee you will not be disappointed in your decision in joining Sparkpeople. I will admit though, the results will vary due to your efforts and your honesty towards yourself. I wish you the best in your Sparkpeople journey and if you should need some words of encouragement or motivation, hit me up as a Sparkfriend and I will help you achieve them. If you should have some time, read my blogs and visit my sparkpage. Look at my Sparkpage Photo Album (you will witness a true transformation of my accomplishments –Before and Recent). There may be some confusion about my attendance. I have been in since 2009, but I just recently got serious to the program again and hopefully this will be the last time? I will be honest with you; I am dead serious about achieving my weight goal this time around and you are invited to ride along and accomplish yours (if not that is okay too). Again, I wish you the best! Now, enough writing- go and accomplish your goals (Ooorah)!

Hey guys, this is my first time being on this sort of diet website. I guess i finally realised i need to lose weight once and for all. I am currently 154 pounds and 5'6 i am aiming to lose at least 20 pounds by july. However i have no motivation whatsoever, i come from a family of slim women and being the only fat girl in my household kills me but that would motivate me wouldn't it? But it doesn't, there is no healthy foods in my house, my mother cooks very fattening foods all the time because everyone is soooooo slim but me. Anyways enough of the chit chat i need some motivation girls. emoticon
