Welcome aboard! I guarantee you will not be disappointed in your decision in joining Sparkpeople. I will admit though, the results will vary due to your efforts and your honesty towards yourself. Hey guys, this is my first time being on this sort of diet website. I guess i finally realised i need to lose weight once and for all. I am currently 154 pounds and 5'6 i am aiming to lose at least 20 pounds by july. However i have no motivation whatsoever, i come from a family of slim women and being the only fat girl in my household kills me but that would motivate me wouldn't it? But it doesn't, there is no healthy foods in my house, my mother cooks very fattening foods all the time because everyone is soooooo slim but me. Anyways enough of the chit chat i need some motivation girls.
