I'm beginning week 3 of my exercising and I'm not gonna jinx myself but I haven't gotten this far yet up til now. I may not be keeping to my appointed schedule but I've kept it up for 2 weeks now and am on my 3rd week. I do weight training on m-w-f and cardio m-f for 30 mins of my exercise bike. I'm so proud of myself I had to post it somewhere.
