I am new to this whole scene at SparkPeople but I am excited at what an amazing group of people this seems to be!! :)
Anywho, I am Jessica. I am 22. I have been overweight my entire life and while I tend to eat healthy by nature; I have a sweet tooth. I am ready for change. I am tired of making excuses. I am ready to get started on living my life. I AM READY FOR CHANGE!
