I'm 21 years old and recently really been pulled toward wanting to get healthier. I have had some health scares this year, so I for awhile had to be completely sedentary and put on 10-15 pounds extra. I'm trying to adjust into a healthier lifestyle, but I have to take it really slow so I don't cause my BP to raise too much. I've never done anything like this before, but I am excited to see what happens.
