Hi everyone, I hope someone can point me in the right direction. A couple weeks ago I completed the first week of the 28 day Bootcamp. I really liked it, but on the 7th day, after doing the core workout, an old incisional hernia reappeared. I really miss those short morning workouts! Today I rejoined that team, but I can see it's not the right place for me. I walk almost every day and I'd like to get back into a regular strength training routine that does NOT involve ab work, something that takes about 10-20 minutes. Can anyone advise me on a group, or set of videos, or something? I know I need to see a doctor. Thanks!
