Love this suggestion! I do something similar every AM after I make my bed and am waiting for hubz to leave for work I go ahead and put my workout clothes on, that way as soon as everyone is out of the house the first thing I do is get my workout in!
That's exactly what I do-- I put my work clothes into my gym bag the night before and lay out my workout clothes. (My gym is right next to my office.) That way I have to at least go to the gym for my shower. Once I'm there, I talk myself into hitting the cardio machine for at least 10 minutes, and that usually turns into 20-30. It's a trick. I know it is, but it still works.

Are you just not motivated to endure another workout? That's OK.
I don't want you to work out today. All I ask is that you walk into your closet and put on your workout clothes. Once that is accomplished, step inside your workout environment.
That's all you have to do. If you still don't feel like working out, don't. Its that easy. Give it a try. The biggest hurdle is the first step. I bet that if you get past that first step on the most difficult days, you will NOT skip the workout. In fact, 9 times out of 10, you will make it the most productive workout ever, because you gain momentum when you conquer the first obstacle.
