Hi All, Im a girl on a mission to get herself back. Dont like this me I see in the mirror lately
-- so since last Dec2012 - I've lost 17 lbs
. .. but its not consistent.. I go to the gym - I try to eat right but I really dont.. I'm a size 14... 5'6"... I see my inches moving from my exercising but not my scale... at the DR's its the numbers
So I came here looking for a place to get tips and Ideas...
I am a vegetarian that loves RICH foods... and I bloat when I am stressed...
Lately I've had lots of stressful events and am at a loss for making good tasting alternatives to the things I love to eat..
My goal is 28lbs
.. and to get ready for a MUDDY BUDDY
