First off warmest welcome to Spark People. It's going to be a hard journey but if you stay committed even when you fall off get right back on. Log log log, log everything as if you were writing a book about yourself. Food prep is a big key. Search this site for recipes and plan meals for the week...Tupperware or brown bagging works. It's about 80-90% what you intake and the rest is activity. Try something new whether it be food or activity. In order for your body to change you have to change your mind. I can go on & on about what helped me loose 56lbs, you have to play around w/ what works for your body. Listen if you need an accountability partner let me know.. Stay committed in this journey!!!

Hi! I just had a baby 8 weeks ago and I was overweight before and after the pregnancy I'm looking to get healthy to reduce any of my hypothyroid symptoms and post pregnancy! I also want to be much more active with my kids and husband. I want to get back into toned and sexy shape!!!! Now I would like to learn from everyone's experience on this site and motivations from anyone would be a great help I need that support system and I promise I will return plenty of motivation and support you need! Let's work together as a team people! :) Let's rock the world and show them what we can do and transform ourselves into the shape we want! :)
