So I have been a spark member for a while and never really lost more that 11 lbs. I find that I lose motivation quickly. When I lost the 11 lbs that was 6 months of dedication. So recently I just let it go. I may workout here and there like 2 times a week try to log in to spark but I lost motivation. I see in the mirror that I am gaining and my clothes are tight but I don't feel that spark under me. Even after my doctor looked me in the face and said that I was obese because I have gained 8 pounds from last year and I weigh 163 and I am 5'1, I still haven't spark that spark I need to get going. I am healthy but I don't want later down the line have health issues related to weight. As well be a healthy role model for my daughters. So here I am again hopefully I can get motivated and reach my goal.
