I have also tried several times this way... I have had success with WW but I cant afford it so I am attempting this way again. I have not ever posted before... I'm trying things differently this time. I am slowly easing myself into it. I have tried all gung ho before and get easily discouraged when I find it too hard and then I give him. I have cut out all soda and caffeine already and am working on at least walking everyday... Once I get those into a habit I want to start working on my diet. Just wanted to say Hi and you're not alone with the multiple tries =)

My name is Kim and this my 3rd or 4th attempt at this. Hopefully my last. :) I'm slowly trying to figure things out food and exercise wise. Hopefully by next week ill be able to cook healthy meals and begin a work out routine. I'm just sick and tired of being sick and tired so hopefully this time around I can lose some pounds. Having a thyroid problem may complicate things a lot not sure. will have to discuss with dr. at some point. My biggest problem though is drinking water. I only drink one a day the rest is coffee or hot chocolate. So I think Ill start with drinking more water and see how that goes.
