I re-joined on 6/11/12 and have not regretted that decision!

I hadn't realized that to get health I had to change the way I eat and had to move more as well the first time that I joined, but I now I get it.

I'm sure that you are ready this time for the needed changes!

The key to success here is to be active and you've already started by joining. You will find that everyone is willing to help you out if you need it. Hi, all,

My name is Floyd and I've actually been a member of this site for a long time now, but I keep dropping my diet and not bothering to even log in. Today, I decided to give getting healthy another try. This time, instead of just using the food and exercise trackers, I'm going to try to become a part of the online community as well.
