Lost 13 pounds March 30-June 30. Then I got out of the habit. Went in the hospital. Gained back 4.5 pounds. Now here I go again. Starting with small goals. Trying to cut back on soda and exercise just ten minutes a day. Slow and steady wins the race I have been told. I am a perfectionist so trying to be gentle with myself.
