Trying again also. I am determined this time. I am going to only eat when I am hungry. Then I will watch my portions. Hope this works. I am tired of being tired, unable to polish my own toe nails, or bend for a long period of time. I was a work horse when I was younger. Time to get some of that back. I have been on sparks for 5 years. i have not stuck with sparks for 5 years. this is the year!

We CAN do it! Loved the SP article about my future self talking to my present self. Of course, my future self was healthy and told my present self how happy I would be when I took care of myself and lost the weight. I am not saying it obviously as well as the article but it was incredible and I keep seeing my future self! I am that person!

I'm with you all the way! Tired of yoyo-ing. Tired of being less than my best! It's time to change. We can do it, at our age we're smart enough to figure it out.

Really want to make it to my goal weight this time. So tired of the yo yo that I have been on for the last number of years. Emotional Eating is my biggest problem and when that happens I go to carbs. Bread, buns especially, not fond of sweets. Thank goodness for that one. Looking forward to posts and the support that I will receive from each of you. emoticon
