I have been where you are multiple times. What is helping me this go round is getting the Spark Activity Tracker (SPAT). Seeing those lights going all the way around are my motivation to keep moving. If they are short, I now make myself move a little more. In late March, I started with only doing barely 3,000 steps daily. Now as of end of May, I average over 7,000 steps daily. Since March, I've lost 9 pounds because the SPAT keeps me moving.

Mel, you just have to stay diligent. One bad day/week doesn't make you any less committed to losing weight and being healthy. Keep at it!
I am going to succeed this time, no other alternatives. I am going to lead a healthier lifestyle starting now. And for once I'm doing it for myself, not for my parents or a partner, but for myself.

Hi. We all have fallen off the healthy lifestyle wagon at some time. The point is to get back on. Not looking for perfection....just progress. One step, one day at a time....you CAN do it.

I fell off the wagon...AGAIN! But that's ok. I am not perfect and I make mistakes, but I learn from them. So now I am starting over. Baby steps this time.
