OK....so I wanted to wait until today to weigh-in since it's Monday and sure enough I have 10 pounds I've gained at college. So here I go...on my road to fitness. 10 pounds to lose total, but more importantly I want to do it right, and not feel deprived like I have in past diet and fitness plans, and even more importantly I NEED to keep it off. No more yo-yoingggg!!! I need to make health and fitness a way of life so here I gooooooooooooo!
