Ok, here's my daily routine:
I come home from work at 5:30. I take a 30 minute walk, then I pick up my son from daycare. I come home and it's about 6:15 to 6:30. I start dinner and usually it's done in about an hour altogether most nights. OK, by that time I am starving and I end up eating 2 plates of food. Do you guys have any fill em up suggestions on what I can eat or drink upon arriving home so that I will not overeat at dinner? I try to eat lunch as late as I can because of that reason so I eat around 1:30. Thanks
I love the slim fast french vanilla shakes but anything with sugar in it only feeds my appetite.
