I am confused. I started Herbalife about a month ago and was doing great with it. This is the 1st time I have ever done a diet that wasn't "eating" food. I have gone to the doctor's and she states my iron is extremely low and I'm not getting enough fiber. The results with Herbalife have been incredible but I need to add iron & fiber to my diet without taking pills. I jumped on SP thinking I can go back to a healthy eating lifestyle....is there anyone who does both, Herbalife & SP?
