why can't you just throw a pile of healthy ingredients into your blender (or however you mix your shakes/smoothies) and go from there?

I don't always prefer to go by someone else's idea of what's right, especially pre-packaged stuff like that. I like to know what is going into my system.

There's a group I chat with on WW online, and they just use the power foods and make their own shakes and smoothies - pretty much free points, and lots of nutrition.

Good Luck, When I was on WW, I made my own smoothies and they fit into the plan just fine. I don't like buying shake mixes or shakes from over the counter because I don't know what ingredients they use. It could say healthy things, but the products may be made from GMO's.

I am starting back on my weight watcher plan today. I also love the Herbalife shakes. Points per shake is around 4 or 5. Depending on what milk I use. I usually use light soy milk for my shakes. I don't take all the pills and I don't drink the tea that comes with the herbalife. I usually just drink them in the morning cause I add 2 tsp of instant coffee to them. I am hoping the shakes will work for me on the ww plan. I just cant eat a food breakfast.
