I just started with exercising after living a very lazy lifestyle. I am so out of shape that I can hardly do more then 5 mins at a time of walking. I have been setting the time and trying to walk our staircase for 5 mins and it is hard. My goal is to walk for at least 10 mins. So, my question is do I need to do all 10 at the same time in order to track it or can I do it through out the day until I get physically better.
