Stop trying to be perfect, as I'm SURE that is what is the upset. You can have 100 calories less today than you usually do, and make that a SUCCESS. When I started her over 4 years ago, I first cut back on the 1500 calories of DRINKS I was having daily. I just logged everything I naturally was eating and it was 3500 calories for the first five days. 1500 of that was from soda, milk and juice. I didn't try to lose ANY weight the first week. Then I cut out on the drinks and began having tea and water with lemon. Just work on that SMALL area to begin with.

Help.....this is day 2. very depressed. Ate junk food all day. Ice cream sure smoothed the sadness. Need motivation, and encouragement. I am 54 and need to loose about 100 pounds. I know I can do this. Going through a rough time right now. I also have a lap-band for help. But you still need to follow a good healthy plan. Tomorrow will be better. Thanks loads....
