Stop trying to be perfect, as I'm SURE that is what is the upset. You can have 100 calories less today than you usually do, and make that a SUCCESS. When I started her over 4 years ago, I first cut back on the 1500 calories of DRINKS I was having daily. I just logged everything I naturally was eating and it was 3500 calories for the first five days. 1500 of that was from soda, milk and juice. I didn't try to lose ANY weight the first week. Then I cut out on the drinks and began having tea and water with lemon. Just work on that SMALL area to begin with.
