Perhaps you need to start over with Stage 1 and the Fast Break. You might try SparkCoach as well to see if that directed daily approach of coaching helps you. Here is some SparkCoach information.

I need constant help, I'm trying to go at this alone and I can't do it, my old ways are not easy for me to give up. Exercising is fine for me to take on but eating is the big problem. Where do I start and what do I see have results. What I am doing now is getting me know where.
